Balance your mind, elevate your leadership.
Sheena Reagan, CEC

Hi, I’m Sheena, a Certified Executive Coach passionate about helping people rediscover their confidence, purpose, and presence as leaders.

Over the years, I’ve seen how easy it is for capable, caring professionals to lose sight of themselves in the pace and pressure of leadership and life. My work is about helping you reconnect to your values, your vision, and the kind of leader and person you want to be.

I bring 8 years of experience in leadership coaching, facilitation and organizational development and I’ve had the privilege of supporting leaders and teams across a range of industries. My approach blends curiosity, challenge, and compassion – helping clients see new possibilities and create lasting change.

Clients often describe my coaching style as grounded, insightful, and energizing. I’m not here to give you quick fixes – I’m here to help you grow in ways that last.

Whether you’re stepping into a bigger role, building a business, or simply wanting to lead with more clarity and ease, my goal is to help you feel empowered and confident in your next step.

Quinn Yusef, CEC

My personal journey with leadership began early. I joined the military at 18, where I quickly learned the value of strong and supportive leadership. That experience sparked a lifelong interest and I went on to earn a Master’s degree in leadership in 2015.

People often describe me as patient and observant. I bring those qualities, along with my coaching skills and leadership background, into every session to help you feel more empowered, focused and motivated. I am passionate about helping people grow into confident, authentic leaders in their own unique way.

These days, I am especially drawn to the power of a good conversation -one that’s supportive, thoughtful and free from distractions. Amid all the noise and demands of daily life, coaching creates space to slow down, think clearly, and look at things from a fresh perspective.

As your coach, I’ll be right there with you, supporting you as you carve out 60 minutes just for yourself, even if it feels a little uncomfortable at first. That time can open the door to real insight, growth, and change.

Frequently asked questions

What can I expect in a coaching session?
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes of dedicated space for you - free from distraction and pressure. Each conversation focuses on reflection, insight, and meaningful action. We explore where you are now, where you want to go, and what’s needed to bridge the gap.
Is coaching the same as consulting or mentoring?
Unlike consulting or mentoring, coaching isn’t about giving you answers. It’s a partnership designed to help you uncover your own clarity, solutions, and direction. We ask thoughtful questions, provide tools, and support you in making decisions aligned with your goals and values.
Who is coaching for?
Coaching is for leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals at all stages - especially those seeking clarity, confidence, and growth. Whether you’re navigating change, stepping into a new role, leading a business, or considering a career shift, coaching meets you where you are and helps you move forward with purpose.
What happens in the discovery session?
The complimentary 30-minute discovery session is a chance for us to talk about what brought you to coaching, what you hope to achieve, and whether we’re the right fit. There’s no pressure - just curiosity and connection to help you explore your next step.
How often do sessions take place?
Most clients meet virtually every 2–4 weeks, depending on their goals and rhythm. Between sessions, you’ll have space to reflect, practice new habits, and apply insights so the work becomes meaningful progress over time.
Is everything we discuss confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a core part of the coaching relationship. You bring honesty and openness; we bring presence, trust, and accountability. This creates a safe, grounded space for real growth to happen.
How can coaching help when you're trying to balance career and personal life?
Life can sometimes feel filled with endless and conflicting priorities. We can feel pulled in different directions, needing to show up as a confident leader, supporting our family as an organizer and planner while also managing our own wellness and mental health. Coaching can provide dedicated time for you and act as a source of clarity. As coaches, we guide you with tools and thought-provoking questions that inspire new ways or thinking and open up new perspectives and possibilities.
