Hi, I’m Sheena, a Certified Executive Coach passionate about helping people rediscover their confidence, purpose, and presence as leaders.
Over the years, I’ve seen how easy it is for capable, caring professionals to lose sight of themselves in the pace and pressure of leadership and life. My work is about helping you reconnect to your values, your vision, and the kind of leader and person you want to be.
I bring 8 years of experience in leadership coaching, facilitation and organizational development and I’ve had the privilege of supporting leaders and teams across a range of industries. My approach blends curiosity, challenge, and compassion – helping clients see new possibilities and create lasting change.
Clients often describe my coaching style as grounded, insightful, and energizing. I’m not here to give you quick fixes – I’m here to help you grow in ways that last.
Whether you’re stepping into a bigger role, building a business, or simply wanting to lead with more clarity and ease, my goal is to help you feel empowered and confident in your next step.
My personal journey with leadership began early. I joined the military at 18, where I quickly learned the value of strong and supportive leadership. That experience sparked a lifelong interest and I went on to earn a Master’s degree in leadership in 2015.
People often describe me as patient and observant. I bring those qualities, along with my coaching skills and leadership background, into every session to help you feel more empowered, focused and motivated. I am passionate about helping people grow into confident, authentic leaders in their own unique way.
These days, I am especially drawn to the power of a good conversation -one that’s supportive, thoughtful and free from distractions. Amid all the noise and demands of daily life, coaching creates space to slow down, think clearly, and look at things from a fresh perspective.
As your coach, I’ll be right there with you, supporting you as you carve out 60 minutes just for yourself, even if it feels a little uncomfortable at first. That time can open the door to real insight, growth, and change.
