Coaching is a collaborative and confidential process designed to help you gain clarity, confidence, and momentum toward your goals. Each session gives you dedicated time to focus on you. We support you to think deeply, explore in new ways and take intentional action with confidence.
Here is what working together typically looks like:
It all begins with a conversation. In a 30-minute complimentary discovery session, we’ll talk about what brought you to coaching, what you’d like to achieve, and how we can best support you.
It’s also an opportunity to see if the coaching partnership feels like the right fit – no pressure, just curiosity.
Once we begin, our sessions are focused entirely on you.
Each 60 minute conversation is a space for reflection, insight, and growth and is designed to move you from awareness to action. We’ll explore where you are, where you want to be, and what’s needed to bridge that gap.
Sessions are typically held every 2–4 weeks, virtually.
Whether you’re looking for focused support in a specific area or a deeper journey of growth, there’s an option designed to fit your goals and rhythm.

- Bi-weekly or monthly sessions (60 minutes each)
- Single session and 3 & 5 session packages available
- All sessions are held virtually
